The Region III Assembly is where Region Representatives vote on any updates to the Policy Manual and Bylaws, conduct Committee work and receive reports on Region III operations.

The Region Representatives of record at each intergroup are eligible attend and vote; each has a voice and a vote.  All OA members, in Region III or any Region, are welcome to attend. These individuals do not have a voice or a vote.

The Assembly begins on Thursday evening with a Region Representative and Steering Committee dinner.  Assembly business is conducted on Friday, including the Region Forum. The Convention begins with a Friday evening speaker.  Convention workshops begin on Saturday.
