Overeaters Anonymous offers a program of recovery from compulsive eating using the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions of OA. Worldwide meetings and other tools provide a fellowship of experience, strength and hope where members respect one another’s anonymity. OA charges no dues or fees; it is self-supporting through member contributions. OA is not affiliated with any public or private organization, political movement, ideology or religious doctrine; we take no position on outside issues. Our primary purpose is to abstain from compulsive overeating and to carry this message of recovery to those who still suffer.
Region 3 of Overeaters Anonymous seeks to aid those with the problem of compulsive eating through the Twelve Steps of OA, and to serve and represent the OA groups in the states of Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, Oklahoma, Texas and Utah.

Fall 2024 Elections
Elections are coming in Fall 2024 at our Region 3 Assembly in Abilene, TX!
Fall elections for Chair, Recording Secretary, and Digital Content Coordinator (from Fall 2023) will take place at the September Assembly. The R3 Steering Committee asks you to consider stepping up to this service. There is much support for each of these service roles. If you meet the abstinence and service requirements (attendance at two Region 3 Assemblies at the time of Election), please consider submitting your nomination by clicking the application button below.
