Region 3 Relapse Prevention Workshop
Judy shares a direct and practical talk on relapse prevention built around 16 behaviors and mindsets that can keep members hooked into food. Drawing from her own long recovery journey, she speaks about fully detoxing from alcoholic foods, reading labels, recognizing the lies of food addiction, avoiding perfectionism, and letting go of “doing it my way.” The workshop also includes Q&A, breakout room discussion, and participant sharing on topics such as morning and evening routines, sponsorship, food plans, honesty, and staying connected in recovery.
