Member of OA participate in groups.

Groups elect a representative to the area's Intergroup.

Each Intergroup elects one or more representatives to their region. These representatives convey information to and from their Intergroup to the region.

Region III of OA (Overeaters Anonymous) includes the states of:

Arizona
Colorado
Nevada
New Mexico
Oklahoma
Texas
Utah

Region III meets twice a year, usually in the spring and fall.
